Just bought one yesterday...very excited...until I realize nothing I try is working to get anything to display. Chat with CSR didn't go so well. My thoughts are to take it back for a full refund. My friend has convinced me to do an exchange and give it one more try as she seem to love hers. We shall see, but when you're already not getting good customer service out the gate...hmmm
