My daughter saved up her money to purchase her very own fitbit inspire hr at the end of 2020. It stopped working about 2 months ago out of the clear blue sky. I've looked through all of the topics on here, attempted to reset it for her, tried to change the watch face etc. She is heart broken and I would really like to find a fix for her. It is pretty disappointing that this product seems to have so many issues and stops working after only a few months of purchase.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
