I was given the inspire hr for my birthday in May,there was no problem setting up it had been working fine until Friday the screen went completely blank i tried charging it tried pressing the button for anything between 5 seconds,30 seconds then one minute nothing worked the smile icon comes up then disappears then a blank screen every so often it vibrates and still nothing on the screen. I'm lost without it please help

@Janiepm Thanks a lot for trying to restart your Inspire HR. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support. Please reply with the information that they need to check your warranty options.
Thanks for letting me know you started having this issues after trying to update your Fitbit @SunsetRunner. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Please restart your Inspire HR, I'd suggest to fully charge it and try to update it again.

I am also having this problem, started last night, came on as if it was updating or something but isn't working again this morning. Any tips on how to resolve it?

I am also having this problem
It's been happening on and off for 4 weeks now the most frustrating part is when it dose this at work i need my watch to work
I've had fitbits for the last 5 years and this Inspire HR it the pits am so over it
I have reported this some weeks ago with STILL NO REPLY from fitbit

Hi. I also have still no reply from them and its been pretty much a year. I tried and tried but it was useless. Mine never restarted. Doesn't turn on at all anymore.

I am having the same issue, it started last night tried changing watch face and restarting nothing is coming up got this inspire in April so its not that old to crap out.
