Fitbit Inspire HR not syncing when using bluetooth headphones

Why everytime I turn on my headphones via Bluetooth to my phone does my Fitbit unsinck from my phone?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR syncing issues. Remember that your device syncs via bluetooth to your phone so if there is another device using that same connection it will cause interference. Still I wanted to suggest that you refresh the link between your device and your phone by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
