Inspire HR receiving a notification multiple times

I keep receiving multiple notifications of the same thing, ie a Facebook message or a follower on Instagram will come up twice

Let me help you with your notifications on your Inspire HR. Lets start by refreshing the link between your phone and your device by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

After this setup the notifications again. Also check your notifications settings on your phone.
