Scrolling has been a bit hit and miss for a few days. I have restarted my HR several times but now it is not scrolling at all and is stuck on date and time.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and than you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.

Mine is doing the same thing, and it’s also not holding a charge any more. It’s less than 6 months old. Help!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working and its battery draining quickly. Since you don't mention any troubleshoots I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
The restart should help with the screen but you can also try changing the clock face.
