I received my Fitbit in January and as of March 4th, there is no display on the screen and it is not damaged. How can I get a replacement under the warranty?

I just got my Inspire today and it won't turn on at all. I'm pretty annoyed by that. I can't get it to sync or restart or anything. It did turn on for a moment when I first plugged it in to charge and it got partially through the update but then it just died and I can't get it to do anything either.
