Fitbit Inspire Notifications - turn off randomly, won't come back using Inspire

My Fitbit Inspire regularly stops sending notifications - when I try to reset it on the Inspire, I turn off DND; however, every single time I try to leave that screen/field, it goes back to DND mode. The only thing that has previously worked is some random combination of just leaving it on the DND off screen, and then ignoring it for hours. I have tried to reset the Fitbit, disconnect bluetooth on my phone, turn off and on system notifcations on my iPhone... the problem seems to be the screen on the Inspire that will not allow me to return to the main screen without sending me back to the land of DND.

 

Any help appreciated!!

Thanks for the details provided about the trouble with notifications and I appreciate the troubleshooting performed. Since your Inspire HR is still having the same behavior, I recommend you to contact our Support team by requesting an online chat or calling them so they can provide proper assistance.

I'm having the same issue with my Fitbit Inspire 2!  I'll get the notifications to move for a few hours, then all of a sudden, it just stops!  I sit at a desk from 7:15 am to 5:00 pm!  It's very frustrating when I have personal goals to keep myself accountable, and I can't do that since my Fitbit won't help! The only setting I mess with every day is the Dim Screen On at night and then back to Dim Screen Off in the morning.  But that shouldn't affect my notifications any.  I've even gone so far as to totally clear all user data and even reset my Fitbit...still having issues!
