Hi, my Fitbit Inspire does not reset itself every day. The time and date etc is correct every day but my steps and other recordings do not start with zero each day when i put it on in the morning? Can anyone help with this please

I noticed some users experienced this same inconvenience a while back, could you please confirm if you already tried the restart procedure as described in this article? Then check if you continue to have the same problem.
In addition, you can also try to set up your Fitbit as a new device.
