Fitbit Inspire doesn't track sleep correctly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Inspire says I slept 2 hours 46 minutes, 14 minutes restless, and 133 minutes awake/restless last night. That's 2 hours awake throughout the night. I slept a solid 6 hours. It's been doing that ever since I bought the device in February. I thought I could reset it or something. Any suggestions on how I can get it to track my sleep correctly?

@JJinLA Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire not recording your sleep correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. Your solution seemed to work for a few days but now it's back to doing the same thing. It usually says I get 3-4 hours of sleep and I'm restless for up to 2.5 hours. I got at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep one night so I know it's wrong.
