New inspire continually fails to sync with the app. Very frustrating. Not going to bother anymore.

I have been trying for 2 days now to get my new inspire hr to sync too. My first fitbit was an Altra hr. That synced OK but having no luck with the inspire hr. My phone is a huawei p smart 2019. Not listed as one not compatible
