Fitbit Inspire not entirely syncing?

ANSWERED

My Fitbit Inspire has not entirely synced with my android phone in 2 days.

When I open the Fitbit application, it tells me that it was last synced on Tuesday afternoon. The application only recorded my steps up until this time on Tuesday. It did not record my sleep for Tuesday night.

On Wednesday, the app tracked all of my steps but again did not track my sleep Wednesday night.

Currently (Thursday) it is syncing my step count in real time but still the application still says it has not synced since Tuesday. I have still been receiving some, but not all notifications during this time.

I have tried resetting the device, and disconnnecting/re-connecting the device from my phone.

Please advise me on what I can try next. Thanks! 🙂

Hi @elisejacg  Id suggest you try uninstalling the app and then reinstall it and log back in. That usually fixes minor (but really annoying!) glitches like this.

Will that get rid of all the data at all? I don't want to lose my progress...
