Fitbit Inspire not tracking sleep

My fit bit inspire used to track my sleep perfectly. I don't have the HR monitor but it still tracked my restless and awake periods. Now it won't track anything. I've tried adjusting the sensitivity and that has not worked. I've also tried running the battery down, trying different arms and making the band tighter. I also didn't used to have to have synch on all the time to track my sleep, I would just synch my fit bit in the morning and everything would update. I tried leaving autosynch on and that did not help. I want my fitbit to start tracking again because it helps me manage my insomnia and restlessness.

@AlbinoPanda1418 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire not tracking sleep and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
