Hi. Got a Fitbit Inspire as gift for my daughter but the plastic casing where the strap attaches is broken. I am surprised that case broke as I would expect that the needle or the strap to break and not the case itself. Can the case be replaced? I have seen that there are many people who faced the same problem. can you please help here.
