Inspire HR syncing and battery draining issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got my Inspire HR in June.  The last sync was on 9 November.  I've deleted all the apps, and reinstalled them.  I've tried on Ipad, Windows 10, and my Android phone, but it will not sync.  And since that date it does not keep it's charge.  It can be 100% at 9am, and by 10pm it will be down to 8%.  I've spent hours trying to find a solution and trying the different apps.

Any advice, before I look to send it back.

I previously owned the FitbitOne and that last years, and never any problems.

After the previous frustration of the Fitbit, and it sitting around doing nothing, I have charged my Fitbit HR, downloaded the app again to my phone.  Cleared the user data and rebooted the Fitbit.  Read all the help links that you pointed me to.  And it still will not sync, so it looks like I'm done with Fitbit.  I shall see if I can return it to the store for a refund.

Unless, you have anymore suggestions.

Thanks
