Fitbit Inspire screen dark

I have tried holding the button for 15 seconds, and even put it in the charger, but it will not light up. It vibrates notifications, but the display will not work!

I have the same problem. It did it a few times for a couple hours in the last few months. But now it's been blank for 3 days!

My screen has also gone dark in the last couple days.  It still syncs with the app but I can’t see it on the watch face.

I had this problem a few weeks ago, and I managed to fix it by going into the app and selecting a different clock face. Worked immediately and I haven't had that same problem again (yet of course haha).

I have had this problem for months.  The screen will go dark for several days and then all of a sudden come back on.  It still vibrates and syncs.

Change your clock face. It will fix the problem.

I checked my Fitbit after a few days of not wearing it and the screen worked fine, but I went on a walk and came home and it was blank. When I press and hold the button it still vibrates like usual, but nothing will show up.

update; I just went into the app and it lit up again!

Did you try changing your clock on the face?

I have the same problem. I've had my Inspire since September 2019, it was a replacement for my Alta (that I loved). Screen went blank a few months ago. I connected it to my computer and reset and that fixed it. A week ago it happened again, but resetting didn't fix it. I am less than happy with the Inspire. Don't like the stupid pins in the band which are a big pain when you like to change bands, which I do. And now its completely useless. Why did they discontinue the Alta? I would l have gotten another one of them. Now I am considering getting a different brand.
