Fitbit Inspire sleep data

Previous version of fitbit software had sleep option & sleep details were available. In update version for sleep option device need to be with heartbeat option device only. Why this change

Let me help you with your sleep data. Not sure what you are referring to. You should be able to see the sleep tile on your app and see the sleep data there. Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing on your app so I can have a better understanding of the issue? Also which phone do you have and which OS version is it running?

Hi same issue can’t see my daily sleep patern and how long on my Inspire . It’s been since update . How do I fix it thank you

@ajayt thank you for the screenshots. What happens when you tap the X on the top left corner on the first screenshot? O just tap open on the lower part? 

@IrishLadyBug even if you don't see your sleep data can you access the sleep area? Could you share a screenshot too of your Fitbit app Dashboard (main screen)?
