Fitbit Inspire syncing issues

Early this evening Inspire stopping syncing. Rebooted Samsung S9, deleted and reinstalled fitbit app, restarted device and phone. Still shows wrong time, and steps on watch, but has been tracking on app. No idea what to do next. Help!

Hi @JennPG, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs properly.

I ended up doing everything above, then unpaired the device and repaired and it synced up. Thanks for the link I tried all that lol weird fluke I guess!
