Hi all, I just got my Fitbit Inspire a couple of days ago and my touchscreen still isn’t working. Which I wasn’t as annoyed about because I could still track my steps. Somehow, however, the Smart Wakeup turned off and I can’t figure out how to turn it on. With the touchscreen not working, I can’t turn it on that way. I even tried going through the app and on the website, but nothing worked. Even a reset did nothing. Any advice on how to get the Smart Wakeup enabled and how I can get the touchscreen to work? Thanks!

Can I get the same email you sent to Annalee? My Inspire touchscreen does not work either, although it did initially for a week or so.
