Hello,
My Fitbit has started being unresponsive to taps and giving the wrong time days before while failing to detect accurately my activity.
Then, when the battery was low and I charged it I only got a black screen. It doesn’t vibrate when plugged in. It doesn’t show on my phone. I have tried the restarting tips but nothing seems to work on it.
The screen is black and it seems like it has been turned off completely despite numerous taps, hours charging and restarting procedures.
Do you have any idea what I can do?
