Anyone else experiencing their Fitbit HR lighting up throughout the night every time one has any kind of arm movement, then during the day being hard pressed to get the watch to light up by doing the recommended rocking your wrist towards you to wake it up. Due to my Fitbit constantly lighting up so much at night when I’m trying to sleep I’ve started taping a piece of painters tape over the screen because it’s disruptive to me and my husband when we’re sleeping. It’s also causing me to have to charge my Fitbit HR every few days. I’ve had it for a year and just started experiencing this, and my watch not staying on when I push the side button. I’ve checked in my settings but not finding any issues there.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , you can turn off the light up on wrist flick (it’s called quick view/ screen wake). I assume you have an Inspire HR, and the instructions for that device are:
Press and hold the button. A new screen will show, with battery status, a light bulb, and notifications. To turn off screen wake tap on the light bulb and it will go dim with a line through it. Tap again to turn it on again.
You can throw away the painter’s tape!
