I am having vacation in Poland. I want my Fitbit to have the correct time zone. When I get on timezone in the Fitbit app, I set it to Europe, Warsaw (Poland Time) and when I click of it and get back on it, it’s back on New York time zone. And I have Automatic turned off. The same thing happens with location except it’s stuck on United States, please help me soon. Thank you Fitbit.

Hi @vanloon Do you have the correct time on your mobile device? I find when traveling to different time zones as long as my phone has the correct time, when I sync my Fitbit it too has the correct time. No need to manually update it, I just let it sync with my phone and its all good.

@MarciMYes, I do. But my phone can’t find service if that helps.

@vanloonIf you can't connect via cell service, can you find a place to connect via WiFi?

Is the time on your mobile device correct? If it hasn't adjusted automatically, then first that first, then try syncing your Fitbit again.

@MarciM Could it be that may be logged in on another device? I am logged in on another device at home in a different time zone
