Fitbit app not showing sleep patterns, gets stuck

Not working! It freezes the entire app!

Are you using the iOS app? If so, have a look at the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates on a known problem that might be the cause of your issue:

Let me help you with this. As @SteveH mentioned this could an issue affecting the iOS  app. Still I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this check if you can access the sleep area.
