The strap popped off my inspire HR yesterday and it keeps coming off. The problem is not with the strap but on the fitbit itself there is a groove that has developed near where one of the pins goes, so it keeps coming apart. Have only had my fitbit 8 months. Can I get a replacement for this as no strap will fit it now.
