Hi all, can anyone help me please! My Fitbit seems to be working fine but cannot get it to sync to my app on my iPhone. I have tried everything, rebooted the Fitbit twice, turned off Bluetooth/reconnected, deleted and re-downloaded the app…deleted the Fitbit from my account to re-add but now it can’t connect…so phone finds it but cannot connect in the app…I don’t know what to do?
I get text messages on the fitbit still, so the problem must be the app. I have tried a different device as well, same deal.
