I had a Fitbit years ago and I've been using my Apple Watch for some time now. I was thinking about buying another Fitbit but I do have some questions.
1.If I select a workout on the Fitbit app does it show my steps I did for that workout or does it just continue to add my steps to my daily steps?
2. What are the benefits of selecting an exercise vs just doing your workout without selecting one?
