Ive followed instructions on app. When I get to set up device there is no option to add a second device only to replace with a new one. I want to pair the Inspire HR on my phone and tablet. Thanks

You only need to go through the setup process once - it links the fitbit to your account rather than the phone/tablet.
So, having set up the fitbit on one device it should be connected automatically in the other device.

Adding on to what @SteveH said, the Inspire can only be Bluetooth paired with one device at a time. So, for example, when my Inspire is paired with my tablet, when I launch the Fitbit app on my computer, I get the "Bonding failed...bonding in process" message. If it's paired with my computer, my tablet won't be able to sync with it directly. It's not really a problem, just sometimes have to look at the other device if it appears not to be syncing.
