Once I sign in on the fitbit app, nothing happens!! The fitbit logo is in the middle of the screen but nothing else! Please help!! My Inspire 2 used to connect with my phone.

Thank you for sharing the question about the issues with the Fitbit app and I'm sorry to hear that you can't make progress within it.

Please try to perform the following tips:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if you can go into the app now.
