Fitbit app won't load

When I tap on sign in with fitbit the screen just goes white and not responting. I bought my inspire 2 more than a year ago, never had this issue : (

Hi there, @kyaxxa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is not loading. I will do my best to help you! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Hi! Thank you for your answer, but sadly I already tried. I even re-downloaded the app but it didn't work. Also, I can't even log in because it freezes out when I tap on "sign in"
