My Fitbit Inspire 2 is not working. According to the data on my phone, the charge is at 56%. What could possibly be the problem?

I’m not completely sure what’s going on since I’m unaware of the last time you charged your Inspire 2. If you feel the charge amount is in error I’d plug in your Inspire to and try resetting it. That might resolve issues it might be having. You will not lose any of your data doing a restart. Just place your tracker i it’s charger and hold down the side button on your Inspire2 until you see a smiley face appear then release the button. You will feel the tracker vibrate indicating it’s completed the restart. I’d keep it on the charger until it’s completely charged and see if things improve after that.
