Hello, I hope someone can help me. I made the last update last month and immediately after that, it was impossible to synchronize my Inspire HR watch. I tried an incredible number of times with all the techniques already given :
- Remove and reactivate the bluetooth on the phone.
- Use the charging cable
- Uninstall the application and put it back in place
- Turn off and restart the watch
- Turning the phone off and on again
After all these attempts, I decided to remove my watch from my account. Now I find myself entering all 4 digits. I receive these data, I enter them in the application and either it runs in a loop or it displays an error...
However, I made sure that there are no other devices nearby, that my watch is close to the point and that it is well charged and reactive.
Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue 😞
Edit : I just fixed mine ! I restarted the Fitbit (long press until smiley face turns on), tried to pair it, let it go for a long time until you either get the error message or wait at least 30 mins. I did that 4 times and finally it paired, took about 25 minutes of loading tho. Hopefully it works for yours to!

I am having the same issues have tried all the troubleshooting but nothing works. On my fitbit it just keeps continually scrolling www.fitbit.com/setup I've downloaded the app and it says it has synced to my fitbit but i can't do anything with it. Any ideas anyone???
By the wa this is my first fitbit it may be something simple I'm missing??! ALL advice appreciated... y

I am having the same issue. App will not sync to my inspire hr. Frustrating
