Just as I was drifting off after an exhausting day, fitbit vibrated loudly and told me to breathe. That, of course, was a pretty violent way to jerk me out of nearly asleep stage. I couldn't get it to go away for a while, that whole thing freaked me out since it hasn't happened before, and here I am, at nearly 2am, trying to figure out what is going on instead of catching some sleep. My bpm was actually perfect for sleep until fitbit scared me with that loud vibration. Can't find any setting in the app to turn it off. What on earth was that and how can I make that terrible alert go away?

@Russianmarina I don't use an Inspire 2, but Fitbit touch screens can be very sensitive. The only feature that will tell you to breathe is the Relax app. It will tell you to inhale and exhale. Is it possible that you started the Relax app by random touching? One I started a walk on my Exercise app. I got startled awake when the GPS connected.
If this seems to make sense, you can set a Sleep Mode Schedule on your Inspire 2. You can learn more on p 22-23 of the Inspire 2 manual. No more midnight walks after setting this on my Fitbit.

Thank you LZeeW! I can't see how I could have started it at the time, as my arm was over the blanket relaxed, nothing touching the fitbit - but who knows? I'm going to give your suggestion a go, so far it didn't do the "breathe" scare last night, so celebrating victories when we can 👍
