My fit bit Inspire HR wouldn't turn on so I completed a reset. It showed a smiley face and a 001 code ,but wouldn't leave that screen. I reset again now the screen is blank and vibrates about every 10 seconds.  I plugged it in to charge for days. I don't get a battery icon or anything. I'm so frustrated, it hasn't worked in two months and I just got this!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR's display and thank you for restarting it. Since the issue persist I have created a ticket so our Support team can assist you via email.
