Fitbit not starting . Not charging

Tried all the ways from help section to charge my fitbit.. its not charging .its its hardly 2months old .

Yes i tried everything mentioned . Its not working.. i restarted it . Only tht could b done . After tht the screen went blank . Neither is it connecting to app . Nor anything comes on screen of my fitbit inspire HR.. its not getting switched on..

Since those steps didn't solve the issues with the battery of your Inspire, I've requested to our Support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
