my screen is frozen on finish I charged it and put back on and that's all I get

@Beje   Fitbit recommends a restart if your tracker is frozen like you describe.  Attach your Inspire HR to its charging cable in a computer USB port or certified wall charger.  Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.  A smiley face says that your tracker has rebooted. 

 

A restart does not lose data.
