My fitbit won't sync, it just comes up with a red exclamation mark on the app as I try to sync it, it isn't tracking steps, presumably because of this issue. I have reset my tracker, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. It is a fitbit Inspire.
Hi @Juslouise What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
