Hello!
I’ve tired using sleep program, but every morning, I get error message. “Error The server did not allow that sleep to be logged.”
Please help!

Let me help you with your sleep logs. Where are you trying to log this information? Are you using the Fitbit app? If this is the case try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Notice that your tracker will detect your sleep and you can read more about this here. If the Inspire detected your sleep then you won't be able to add another log for the same period.
