Fitbit not syncing

My fitbit won't sync, it just comes up with a red exclamation  mark on the app as I try to sync it, it isn't  tracking steps, presumably  because  of this issue. I have reset my tracker, uninstalled  and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. It is a fitbit Inspire.

Hi @Juslouise  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Me too. Was working on for a month, now no connectivity. I'm taking mine back to Wal-Mart and getting a different brand.

Thanks for your replies, having reset the tracker and then uninstalled and re  installed the app, it appears to be working  again.
