I have bought a new Fitbit inspire hr today and I’m trying to set it up but it isn’t no letting me update it with my iPhone XR so tried on an iPhone 8 and this also isn’t working the fit bit has just got a line across the screen and won’t do anything I’ve deleted the app, reset my phone and reset the Fitbit multiple times can anybody please help how to sort it

I have the same problem With my New inspire. It wont update. Hope someone has a solution.

I also bought a fitbit Inspire HR and can't update. So frustrating. 😭😭

My brand new Inspire came today and it is doing the same thing. I get to the update part on setup and the it has a line across it and won't update.

This seems to be a Fitbit issue although no one from Fitbit has confirmed it on this board I don't think.
