Have just set up inspire hr. All charged up. App installed and profile done. The screen will not swipe or tap or anything. What am I doing wrong? Neither my Android or my wife's apple will seem to sync to it via bluetooth.

Let me help you with your new Inspire HR. Have you actually setup the device on your account? The Fitbit account creation is independent from the device setup. I suggest you charge your device for 2 hours then restart it and retry the setup.

my screen wont leave setup mode even though my phone has updated my comp has updated but the screen on the HR wont change --not happy starting to look somewhere else what a shame
