Only the time displays the last few days. There seems to be nothing else available on it.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums @Cathcake, let me give you a warm welcome to our community.
I'd recommend to restart your Inspire HR and change the clock face too. This might help you with this issues.

This morning I found I was having the same issue with my Fitbit Inspire only showing the time and no other information. )-: I tried the restart by pushing and holding the button for 5 seconds. I could feel a little vibration, but nothing on screen except the time. I looked through the community "issues" and saw the suggestion to change the clock face. Tried that. I am happy to say that worked!! Yay!! May I add that I had a Fitbit One for about 5 years and never had one bit of trouble with it. Eventually the screen got a crack in it, but it still worked. When I decided to add water exercise classes to my routine I knew I needed a new Fitbit. I chose the Inspire specifically because it has the option of wearing it on a clip as well as wrist. This is not the first glitch I've had with the Inspire, and I hope these issues are soon resolved. When it works correctly, I truly love it. When it doesn't work properly, it's frustrating. Just saying!
