Fitbit stopped working

I ordered my Fitbit on Amazon on December and it stopped working on July.  Only 7 months later.  I need a replacement

Can you share with me what’s going on with your Fitbit Inspire 2? I might be able to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing. Are you still trying to keep it charged?

It is dead. No charge, no power , no nothing.

I need to access customer support to reset a replacement, but somehow the app keeps giving me the run around and not taking me to customer service.
