According to https://www.engadget.com/fitbit-end-support-pc-syncing-185642086.html fitbit will no longer be  able to sync with a PC.  I use this to print logs to talk to physican for evaluations.  Fitbit is not paying my mobile bill and I do not wish to load anything on my mobile.  So I had this unit  1 year  and it will be useless.  NOT EVERY ONE HAS MOBILE to sync to.  Disgraceful disregurd for users who are older and don't like to use mobile or for those handicapped that can't.  Discrimination!

@aswe   If you use the Fitbit app for Windows 10, you shouldn’t have a problem.  I think that article is a little unclear.  Your Inspire doesn’t use Fitbit Connect.  The users who are affected the most are those who put personal music on their Versa/Versa 2 devices.  It affects the Ionic, but I hope they all have their refunds.  Your Inspire is compatible with the Fitbit app for Windows 10.

I hope so because not all use apps  on the mobile!  That messaging was confusing and made things worse.
