Fitbit won't register floors climbed

I just bought the inspire HR on 1/21/2020. Since i received it, the device has not registered the amount of floors climbed in my day. I don't know if there is a way to reset it, or if my device was just defective? Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @rileyhamson  the Inspire series doesn't have an altimeter, so it can't recognize flights of stairs. You'd need a Charge 3, Versa series or Ionic to track flights of stairs.
