Anyone else have this issue and have any kind of solution?
Best AnswerCard Lady, I just called support and they had me plug in my cord and watch into my computer (I don't have a smart phone) and had me press and hold the button on the side for 5 seconds to reset or restart or whatever they call it. It actually took a 2nd try for about 8 to 10 sec, to work. Good luck, or call support.
