GPS + Interval

Hey folks,

I just got a Inspire HR.

I know it does not have on-board GPS and that I will need my phone to track GPS.

I am starting a run program (6 minute run, 1 minute walk x4). I want to know my pace, mileage, and all the other health tracking.

It seems the easiest way to set this up is through adding an Interval exercise option to the device, which I have done and set it up to my requirements.

When I go to track the exercise (today > track your exercise) via the dashboard, I only have the option of "run" "walk" and "hike" and no option for the interval work out.

If any of y'all know a good way to track my GPS/Pace/Miles while doing the Interval exercise option, I would love your input. Thanks kindly.

Do you have the model of the phone the app is on?

If you turn on voice cues you can chose the distance between cues.

@seanworkout   That path you are taking is a feature known as MobileRun.  That's not the path you want to take.  To do your intervals, go to the Exercise app on your Inspire HR and choose Interval workout.
