GPS accuracy issue

I use my Fitbit app along with other apps to see if they come out at the same distance. Unfortunately the Fitbit app is 0.02 miles out (it underestimates the distance taken) on everyone run and walk I do, and I have no idea why! Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Because your Inspire HR uses the connected-GPS feature to route your exercise, meaning that it uses your phone's GPS chip, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
