Why does Inspire 2 insist on buzzing to notify me that I’m on an active call when I’m on the phone? I can’t for the life of me figure why someone would want or need that. Are there people out there who forget they’re on phone calls?
I used to have an Alta and there was a lot more control over what types of notifications I received, but they seem to have removed a lot of that customization with their newer models.
I sure would love to be able to turn active call notifications off without turning ALL notifications off.

@Kaleidoscopeeye Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. I see where your disappointment is coming from.
Your tracker should notify you only of the call notification received. I'd like you to double check this procedure was followed to set them up. May I know if you have always received this notification? What does it display on the Inspire 2 screen?
If that was the procedure performed, let's restart your Inspire 2 and set it up as a new device to your account.
Hope this helps.

It’s done this since I first got it a month or two ago. It buzzes and then the screen shows “active call” with a phone icon and the number of minutes I’ve been on it.
I have already restarted it multiple times AND reset it at least once in attempts to make it stop but it obviously didn’t work.

It’s happened 3 times in the last 7 minutes I’ve been on a call, but last night it didn’t happen even once and I was on the phone for 45 minutes. It buzzes and when I look down, it shows an icon that contains a chat box with 3 dots and a little envelope, scrolls the phone number, and says “active call now”. I have pictures but I guess I can’t attach them here.

I have exactly the same problem! Did you figure out how to fix it?

Nope! Fitbit refused to acknowledge that this happens to me and I got tired of wasting my time contacting them.
