Hi, @byk33r , if you sweat a lot on your wrist that can definitely interfere with HR recording.
One tip I hVe picked up is to get a wrist sweat band that you wear on your wrist under your Fitbit, then simply cut a hole just big enough so that the back of the Fitbit with the LED lights can touch your wrist.
