I got the Fitbit Inspire HR for Mother's Day last year. I have been having many issues with it. When I try to sync it I get the message that the tracker cannot be located. This has been going on for at least 3 months. The sleep tracking is not correct. It says I am sleeping longer than I realy am. I can get up at 5 a.m. and it will show I am awake but then it has me going back to sleep for at least 1 hr when I am clearly awake. The screen on my fitbit will go black and remain so for at least 1 hr. This is getting very frustrating.

Thanks for being NO help at all. I responded to your questions and received no answers. I guess fitbit is not interesting in helping its users.
